Cargo

  • Cargo/Sales Reservation Executive
    Responsibilities:
    • To ensure safe and secure cargo operations at all times
    • Coordinate cargo space allocation with sales department, cargo operations, and flight operations.
    • Track and resolve shipping, warehouse, and carrier shipping errors, as well as damaged products claims by following general guidelines and seeking manager authority for exceptional or high cost deviations.
    • Daily monitoring of inventory, determines re-supply requirements and schedules shipments at terminal locations.

    Role: To secure highest possible revenue gain from our routes and flights by understanding and applying the underlying principles of supply and demand in the airline business. The analysis of historic and future booking activity is central to the Revenue Management process and Revenue Management Analysts use a variety of computer applications to aid in their analysis. The role involves close teamwork with the Revenue Management and Pricing team as well as Sales, Marketing, Commercial and Network Planning.     Responsibilities:

    • Manage flights monitoring competition and bookings to assure best optimal booking class mix

    • Feedback regarding route performance and opportunities through analysis to Management
    • Preparation of route forecasts, budgets based on historic data, forward bookings and targets
    • Analysing demand pattern, monitoring bookings and market trends
    • Accountable for detailed Revenue Management System and Inventory management
    • Liaise with Pricing, Sales, Marketing and Network to improve product and stimulate demand
